La Posta, NM VI

Here are some pics from my great trip to La Posta!

La Posta, NM V

La Posta, oilcloth goodies, good mexican food and piranhas?

Just another quirky perk at La Posta!

La Posta, NM II

Billy the Kid and 2 members of the oilcloth team explore La Posta!

La Posta, NM I

The first night of our road trip we ended up staying in Las Cruces, NM. While walking around the plaza in Historic Old Mesilla we discovered yet another treasure, La Posta, a wonderful restaurant and boutique in a great historical location. Constructed in the 1840's, its territorial style portrays its historical significance in everything from the adobe bricks to the century-old recipes. Inside the Chile Shop offers an assortment of goods including a wall of flame and various oilcloth products!

Road Trip: AZ

I recently made a big move, from Los Angeles to San Antonio TX. While the rest of the Oilcloth team remains in the 90042 I will be blogging & tweeting from deep in the heart of Texas. Over the course of our 2 day road trip I encountered many jewels and gems. Nico's in Casa Grande, AZ was a great find for a quick and tasty meal on the road. My mother and I indulged in green chile burritos, so yummy! The only thing missing were oilcloth tablecloths that would have been perfect this surprisingly delicious taco stand!

No Matter How Much You Win, You Always Lose

This photo was taken along the I-15. Our Paradise Lace Green print reminds me of the same kind of untilled allure of a desert cactus.
