Day of the Dead

Dia de los Muertos is the celebration in which friends and family gather to make their dearly departed's favorite foods and build altars in their memories. Altars are adorned with marigold flowers, orantely decorated sugar skulls and photos of loved ones. Another tradition in relation to this unique holiday is papel picado, brightly colored paper that is cut into elaborate designs. Check out our San Miguel print (San Miguel Yellow/Purple, Yellow/Black, Purple/White , Purple/Black and Aqua/Purple) in preparation for the Day of the Dead which takes place on November 2.
